Font Names

Shortcut Key to change the fonts Alt+H+FF

We have different fonts default font is “Calibri”.

Font Sizes

Shortcut Key is to change the font size Alt+H+FS

Shortcut Key is to increase the font size Alt+H+FG

Shortcut Key is to decrease the font size Alt+H+FK

We have various font sizes in excel starting from 1 to 409.

Few of the font size examples are listed below.

You can also increase and decrease the font size by using the options adjacent to font size large A to increase the size and Small A to reduce the size.

Font Styles

In Font Styles we have 3 basic styles listed below

Shortcut Key to change the font to Bold is Ctrl+B

Shortcut key to change the font to Italic is Ctrl+I

Shortcut Key to apply Underline to text is Ctrl+U

Shortcut Key to apply the Double Underline to text is Alt+H+3+D
